Corporate Social Responsibility

We work in communities, not just countries.

Local presence is Synerje's business model. Responsibility to the people and places behind that presence is the obligation that comes with it.

Four commitments, everywhere we operate.

Our CSR program is built into how we deliver contracts — not run alongside them.

Local workforce development

We hire and train host-country nationals across our regional entities — technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, and program coordinators. Skills our people build on Synerje programs stay in their communities long after a contract ends.

Ethical, transparent supply chains

Our pre-qualified vendor network is screened for sanctions exposure, labor practices, and integrity. We pay local suppliers fairly and on time, and we enforce anti-corruption standards at every tier — including in markets where that is not the norm.

Safety and environmental stewardship

From hazardous waste disposal handled to standard, to preventive fleet maintenance that reduces emissions and accidents, to water and waste management on the installations we support — we treat safety and environmental care as non-negotiable contract requirements.

Community investment

Where we operate, we contribute: supporting humanitarian supply efforts, assisting local institutions our teams work alongside, and prioritizing local subcontractors so contract dollars strengthen host economies.

Why It Matters

Responsible operations are reliable operations.

Programs succeed in difficult environments when local communities trust the people delivering them. Our record — 98% on-time delivery in high-risk locations, teams that stay for years, suppliers that answer our calls first — is built on operating responsibly where we work.
